ABOUT
All of our instructors are prior law enforcement and/or combat veterans. Combined our instructor have over 80 years of firearms experience. Unlike other places our experience wasn't learned from a book to be passed along to you in a death by power point presentation. Our experience comes from years of real word situations. We have the experience, skills and knowledge to pass along from actual life scenarios combined with the required course curriculum.

Sandy Faucheux
Operations Manager
Sandy is the backbone of the organization. She handles every aspect of the business. Sandy's background started in finance then she moved up to Executive Support. Sandy is an expert archer and marksmen. She has taken several big game animals and she has won numerous shooting competitions and continues to compete when she gets time out of her busy schedule.

Tom Faucheux
Instructor - Range Safety Officer
Tom grew up in a hunting family being around guns his whole life. Tom served in the United State Air Force where he was a member of the Security Forces. In the military he was a firearms and ground combat instructor. After completing GLCM Ranger school he moved onto Andrews Air Force Base where he was in charge of training for the 459th Security Forces. After serving in the military Tom joined the Charles County Sheriffs Office where he served as a field training officer. Tom has also served on several ERT teams.
Tom is an NRA certified instructor and range safety officer. He is a Maryland, Utah and DC certified firearms instructor, He is also a Red Cross certified CPR-First Aid-AED instructor.
Earnest Kellogg
Instructor - Range Safety Officer
Earnest is a 21 year Retired Army Veteran who spent the last 15 years after retirement in service as a NSA police officer, Personal Protection Specialist, DCJS Certified Instructor, DC SPO Instructor, Firearms trainer and Security professional.
Earnest is a certified instructor for firearms, baton (all Styles), defensive tactics & handcuffing, constitutional law, CPR/AED & First Aid.

Jennifer Harvey
Instructor - Range Safety Officer
Jennifer started her career with the Charles County Sheriffs Officer where she work in Patrol and DARE as a school resource officer, from there she moved onto a government contract with the Department of the State where she was assigned diplomatic and dignitary protection.
Jennifer is a certified instructor for firearms, baton (all Styles), defensive tactics & handcuffing, constitutional law, surveillance detection & counter surveillance. Jennifer is also certified in CPR/AED & First Aid.

Mike B
Instructor - Chief Range Safety Officer
Mike grew up on a farm in rural Mississippi and has been involved in hunting and firearm related sports since elementary school. He served honorably in the US Navy Fleet Marine Force (FMF) earning numerous campaign badges, the Combat Action Ribbon and the Kuwait Liberation Medal during combat operations in Desert Storm/Shield, serving with 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines He retired from the Navy after serving 20 years. Mike has remained active in the shooting sports since retiring from the Navy and has served as the Vice President of the Bay Rod & Gun Club for the past 3 years, the largest hunting club on the Eastern Shore.
Mike is an NRA Certified handgun instructor and Chief Range Safety Office. He also is a Maryland certified firearms instructor.

Greg Barnhart
Instructor - Range Safety Officer
Greg served in the Air Force where he was a member of the Security Forces. Greg transitioned over to civilian law enforcement with the Charles County Sheriffs Office. While at the Sheriffs Office Greg has been a Field Training Officer and he has served on the county's ERT team as a sniper. Greg is currently going to seminary school to become an ordained minister.
